USER AGREEMENT
By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
I will not be held resposible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
You must send a picture of your pet if you want to be my Vtuber baby (optional but encouraged)!
GENERAL
I don´t allow my art to be used for AI purposes/ NFT usage is forbidden.You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.You may not claim my work as your own.You are NOT authorized to change, modify or edit my works.Once it is finished I will send you the requested files via Google Drive link or E-Mail.You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, L2D Model file, and other digital data I provide.I will directly get in touch with your rigger to give him the PSD file of your model or if you will work with me I will provide the project full done (asking for the PSD file will cost extra).Please do not share the file with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.I will always be able to post wips and previews of your commission; if you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process (for example if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut).A fee will be applied for the privacy request, this is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customers.I can change my prices without notice even if you have a slot reserved on my waitlist.
PAYMENT
All payments are in Pounds £
I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit, depending on the complexity of your request.
Payment with Paypal (invoice) / Stripe preferred or Bank transfer too, even international.
PAYPAL FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY BASE PRICES.
Rush fees are at least + 30% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
I will give you an estimated delivery time, but it can be variable due to workload and personal life, if you want a rush order, It will cost extra.
If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (this applies to a company or a talent agency commission), the price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project, generally minimum 2x the total price.
If you plan to commission further outfits in the future for a Vtuber model and want the base of the body clean, you will need to specify this first and the price will be different.

No refunds or chargeback to my Paypal possible, also applies to deposit or payment plans.
If you request a Paypal chargeback you will lose all the rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way; I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence plus your email confirmation of my TOS.
The refund is possible only I´m not able to do it.
Paying for the invoice means the commissioner acknowledge and accepts these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are accepted only if the amount is substantial or to hold a spot, paying the half.The sum of each instalment as well as the time period will be discussed and documented beforehand.You are expected to continuously pay said instalments without being reminded until everything of the total sum is covered.If we agree on a payment plan (of any kind, even half/half), after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan, for any reasons at all.The refund is possible only if I delete the commission or I´m not able to do it.
RUSH ORDERS:
DEADLINE 1 MONTH = +50%
DEADLINE 2 WEEKS =+100% (x2)
DEADLINE 1 WEEK =+200% (x3)
COMMERCIAL WORKS/ SOCIAL TIER
The following cases are considered commercial use:Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted our artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc).For normal illustrations the price for Commercial Use needs to be discussed, the minimum price increase 50% of the original price, meaning half of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.For Vtuber Models the base commercial fee is already included but the final price will be calculated on the project itself, as I deem fit.Royalties are also an option and can be discussed.You need always to credit me as the creator of the product, in any case.
TIER 1:
TWITCH/YOUTUBE/TWITTER PROMOTION +30-50%
TIER 2:
PATREON CONTENT/BUSINESS CARDS/ PERSONAL SITE +100% (x2)
TIER 3:
REPRODUCING/SELLING/MERCH +200% (x3)
COPYRIGHT / CREDITS
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work when posted on my Websites and Social Media.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.Intellectual property and credits will still be held by the artist.Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you publicly use your Model, or your commission in general.I will hold every rights of the drawing so you may use it only for private purposes (if not commercial), such as repost it, but you must credit me.I may use the art you’ve commissioned me on business card, banners, websites, prints or portfolio.You have to credit me as the creator of the commissioned art, in your bio and when you repost the work.You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.Eris is an officially registered trademark and art name therefore enjoys commercial and legal coverage
